Papers Please …. Part II or “Why Size Matters”

Posted by admin 20/09/2019 0 Comment(s) Searching for the Perfect Joint,

I recently had an opportunity to pick up some generic papers which were supposed to be a direct replacement for 98×26 Raw papers.  Generics,  mind you;  not bootleg.  I sent them off to a friend who is working the L’il Fella thinking he might find them useful.

This is his report:

About 60% of them fit the hole perfectly,  but then there were those which were just a wee bit large.  That’s better than a 30% fail rate.  I don’t know about you,  but I would suggest not using anything but genuine papers.

If you find yourself sitting on some ‘not quite standardized’ papers,  don’t throw them away.  You can always fill a coffee cup w/ them and then hand scoop feed stock into them.  Darn things are too expensive to throw away.
