Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Sales & Shipping Policy.
Domestic Sales & Shipping Policy
Sales
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, ACH and eCheck. While we can certainly accept sales directly from our webstore, we would rather invoice you directly working from purchase orders. The choice is yours. We merely wish to serve.
We will not ship COD nor open account unless previous arrangements have been made. Bill to/Ship to MUST be the same address unless we are working off of written purchase orders based upon the previously mentioned prior arrangements.
Shipment processing time
We try to keep a constant supply of the most widely used plates in stock. Those are the 98Raw, 98 Cones/1.25 Raw, 98 Futurola, 84 Cones and the 109 Raw King Size. Most other paper sizes are available upon request. All plates fit all cradles. Do not use bootleg papers. Bootleg manufacturers have so far proven unable to maintain a standard cone size throughout their production runs. We would caution you against using custom made papers unless your manufacturer is disciplined about maintaining a standard. We do not work with tubes or toasted hemp cones.
Occasionally, sales do outstrip supply. Items in stock will normally ship within 24 hours of processing the sale. Odds are high that if you can complete the transaction by 3p (PT) on any given weekday, we can make that day’s cutoff assuming the plates are in stock. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground and will be insured for full value unless specifically requested differently in writing by you. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will email you tracking information once the waybill is created. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
FREE Shipping to lower 48 States (Seller will decide shipping carrier).Excluded AK, HI, PR, APO, GUAM, VI, or PO Box. Shipping will be ground shipments only, if you require faster delivery you may contact us for a quote on costs.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Prices quoted are FOB our dock and include fully insured UPS Ground delivery. For an extra charge, faster delivery is available on request. International shipments will require further arrangements.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or other acts of God & nature. These events are beyond our control.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Thousand per Hour and Veteran Industrial is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Thousand per Hour and Veteran Industrial is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. All shipments will be fully insured unless specifically requested differently by you in writing. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and the shipment carrier to file a claim. Thousand per Hour and Veteran Industrial will assist in whatever way possible to facilitate the claim but cannot be financially liable for damage during shipment. All re-imbursements will be made through the claim
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods while the claim is being processed.
International Shipping Policy
International shipments will be handled on an individual basis. All prices quoted are FOB our dock.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. No returns, no exceptions. If defects due to workmanship or materials are discovered, it will be handled according to the terms of the warranty. If the shipment is refused at delivery, you will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus all shipping (up to $300) and banking transaction fees (3.5%).
