TPH 128 Pre Roll Machine (The L'il Fella)

We’ve talked to quite a few customers who have some serious delivery requirements (up to a couple of thousand a week) but they come in spurts of 200 of this strain,  400 of this strain,  100 of this strain.  You know the drill.  Laying out 512 to fill an order of 200 just isn’t practical.  We designed this l’il fella for folks who don’t have the high production needs (in excess of 3,000 pre-rolls/week),  a demand better filled by the TPH-512.

The TPH -128 Joint Rolling Machine ( The L’il Fella) is 1/4 the size of the TPH 512 and fills 128 cones at a time.  We use the same custom cut blunt plate and overall design as the TPH 512 only it is smaller,  lighter and designed to fit neatly on the shelf when not in use.  Over all dimensions are 14″ tall.  with a footprint of 10 1/4″ square and an overall size (L X W) of 13 1/4 square.  It weights approximately 10#.  The plate itself is 8″ square.

We wish we could do one size fits all,  but it just doesn’t work that way.  The taper angles are not the same between paper manufacturers and we have discovered that if we push for the one size fits all,  you end up over filling or under filling cones on the papers that don’t quite fit your ‘one size fits all’.  This translates into extra time in final QC as you add a little or subtract a little to get each pre-roll to fall within tolerances.  Time is money and the margins are slim enough as it is.

Four basic parts,  the cradle,  the basket,  the cone plate(s) and the fill funnel.  Delivers in three boxes.

Returns Policy

All sales are final.  No returns,  no exceptions.  If defects due to workmanship or materials are discovered,  it will be handled according to the terms of the warranty.  If the shipment is refused at delivery,  you will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus all shipping (up to $300) and banking transaction fees (3.5%).
